Inventories Online, are a fictitious organisation specialising in providing Inventory services to agents and private landlords, the demo shows a number of services that are similar in nature with varying time requirements.

To further enhance the system, 'Access Keys' could be introduced, enabling trade customers to book freely whilst private landlords would be required to pay online through the payment gateway.

Highlighted features in this demo include the use of an external style sheet; maintaining corporate identity and branding; Google and PayPal checkout configured for authorisation, where cards are authorised, but not charged until the job is completed; and inline mark-up, demonstrated with the addition 'HR' tags introduced to break up the booking window.

This demonstration is for a careers training organisation running a selection of classes across the region. Each course can accommodate up to 10 delegates and are held monthly.

The example initially demonstrates how pass keys can be used to restrict access to your booking system. To achieve the class based system, Smartdiary uses 'Template Bookings' rather than searching for available time slots in the diary.

A template booking is a pre-configured entry in the diary with associated rules (up to 10 delegates) with availability shown when the maximum allowed contacts has not been reached, also shown is the css mark-up ability demonstrated in the demo panel.
