After suffering an increase in the number of double bookings Big Co implemented Smartdiary, which they have made available both on the company intranet and to a limited number of users via their Blackberry and Smartphone’s.
The booking system utilises a series of simple multi choice options to find availability based on a users requirements. The options start with the booking duration, this is followed by the office location and finally the room.
